PromptPlan ("we", "us", "our") operates the PromptPlan web application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google.

2.2 User Content

We store prompts, outputs, notes, templates, agents, workflows, and any other content you create within your workspace.

2.3 Usage & Analytics Data

With your consent we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, feature usage events, browser type, and device category. We enable IP anonymization and disable advertising personalization signals by default.

See our Cookie Policy for full details. Essential cookies (session token, theme preference) are always set. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you give consent.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service
• Authenticate your identity and manage sessions
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• Improve the service based on aggregated analytics
• Display advertisements (with your consent)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions (future feature)

• Google Analytics — analytics (with consent). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — advertising (with consent).
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in.
• AI model providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic) — prompt content is sent to the provider you select to generate outputs. We do not control their data retention policies.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Account data and user content are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your content at any time. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, httpOnly session cookies, and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access or export your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and personal data
• Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time

PromptPlan is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
