Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PromptPlan you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PromptPlan is a web-based productivity tool for prompt management, AI workflow tracking, and note organization. We may offer free and paid tiers with different usage limits.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One person or legal entity per account unless otherwise agreed.

You retain ownership of the content you create in PromptPlan. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to operate the service.

You must not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is abusive, harassing, or hateful

PromptPlan connects to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate outputs. When you use AI features, your prompt content is sent to the selected provider under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outputs generated by third-party models.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

PromptPlan may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar networks. Personalized ads require your explicit consent, which you may manage via our cookie consent settings or the Cookie Policy.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Exceed posted usage limits or abuse the free tier
• Resell access to the service without permission

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPlan's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
